You can now scan directly to your OneDrive folder. While you still have the ability to scan and have the system send it to you as an e-mail attachment, skipping that step and having the scan send directly to your OneDrive folder could simplify your workflows and reduce steps needed to access scanned documents.
To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Fob in to the copier, then click "Scan", then "Scan to OneDrive".
2. Set a file name, file type, and resolution (default settings shown in image). Click "Start".
Back at your computer, there is an additional step you need to do THE FIRST TIME ONLY. Follow Step 3 below the first time you scan to OneDrive. Any following scans will skip straight to step 4.
3. You will have received an e-mail "Authorize Scans for Papercut MF to save to your OneDrive". Open the e-mail and click "Login to OneDrive". You will need to login using your Grace login and password. Once you login, you will see a confirmation that you have authorized Papercut to scan to OneDrive.
4. You will receive an e-mail from Paper cut with a link to your scan as a courtesy, but all scans will already be in your OneDrive folder. You can view them under your OneDrive folder under
/Apps/Scans for PaperCut MF.
