We have been seeing several of you that have not been receiving new e-mails on your phones after having reset your password in the last few days. We are looking into why this might be happening, but there is a fix in the meantime. Please only take the steps below if you see you are no longer getting e-mails or are having other sync issues with Microsoft apps on your phone or iPad.
1. In your Outlook program, Click your picture at the top right.
2. Click the gear icon in the corner.
3. Click on your e-mail account ( joshb@gracechurch.us) then click DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom. (This only removes your account from your phone. You will add it back in the next step)
Proceed to the section for your type of phone
ANDROID
4. Next, click ADD ACCOUNT and add your account back in. (It should prefill, otherwise add it by typing your e-mail address and clicking continue.)
5. It will ask you to activate management of your device for the Microsoft apps. Click "Activate", then click "Activate" again.
6. It will ask if you would like to add another account, and click “maybe later”.
You should now be fixed and see your newer e-mails again.
iPhone or iPad
1. Type your e-mail, Click ADD ACCOUNT and add your account back in. Then, click "OFFICE 365" icon.
2. Click "Open Authenticator". Click Grace Church.
Click "Maybe Later"
You should now be fixed and see your newer e-mails again.
