Connecting a Request

Placing a Requester In a Group

On the request detail screen, click on the Edit button.

1.  Select the correct Placement group for the requester and the correct role.

2.  Click on Save.

3.  Click on the green Connect button. The requester will be added to the group and role you selected.  The request will automatically be marked with a Status of Serving & a State of Connected.
