Connections Main Page

The goal of Connections is to take a person who wishes to serve and walk with them through a series of steps or activities, beginning with their initial interest and through until they are connected to a specific group. Each time a new connection request is assigned to a staff member, they will receive an immediate email notification.

1.	Connection Type - The overall group of connection request types listed below.
2.	Opportunities - The connection spots a member can request information about.
3.	Requests - The list of current Active & Unassigned requests submitted for the opportunity selected in the block above. The lists displays the most recent activity for the request and its current status. Clicking on a request will display additional information.
4.	Current Open Request - The top right corner displays the current number of ALL open requests for the opportunity. The bottom center displays a number in a colored circle representing: Blue - requests assigned to you Yellow - requests not yet assigned to anyone Orange - requests in a critical status. This includes No Contact. Red - requests have been idle for 7 days (no activity in a configurable number of days) (hovering over the circles in the top right corner will display what they mean also)
5.	All Requests / My Requests - Toggle to see only requests currently assigned to you or see all open requests.
6.	Campus - Select a campus to show only requests for opportunities at that campus.

Request Details

After clicking on the box for a specific Connection Opportunity, the bottom portion of the screen will display a list of all the current open Requests. Clicking on one of the requests will display the Request Details.

1.	Requester - The person in the process of connecting to an opportunity.
2.	Request Labels - Details about the request: Campus Connection Opportunity Status (click here for additional details) State (click here for additional details)
3.	Requester Information - Details about the requester's involvement at Grace and their contact details.
4.	Connector - The person currently assigned to follow-up on the connection request.
5.	Placement Group - The Rock group and role the requester will be added to when connected.
6.	Activities - A list of all the activities completed to date for this request. NOTE: A request will list ALL activities related to a person and all of their open connection requests. This allows everyone to know the communication the person is currently receiving. The blue lines relate to the opportunity currently being viewed. To add an activity, click on the plus sign.
