NOTE: Room locations will only be available for selection AFTER a schedule has been entered on the reservation.
Add Location - Click on the plus symbol to select the rooms needed for the reservation.
Location - Select the location you want to reserve.
Save - Click when all needed rooms are added.
Save Then Add - Click when need to add additional rooms to the reservation.
When a room is already reserved for any portion of the time you requested, Room Management will not allow you to add it to the reservation. An error messages is displayed and you will need to select a different room.
Adding Resources is the same structure as adding locations. Add the resource, quantity, etc.
