Requesting Bulk Update for 'Rooted Start Date', 'Rooted Completion Date', or 'Incomplete' Status
Submit a Help Desk Ticket to make request.
‘Rooted Start Date’ Request
- Inactivate any groups not currently meeting
- Submit the ‘Rooted Start Date’ you are requesting to be added to active groups meeting at your campus
- You do not need to submit the names of the groups
- Only individuals in a group without a ‘Completion’ date will be updated
‘Completion’ Date Request
- Inactivate any individuals in group(s) who did not complete the Rooted session
- DO NOT inactivate the group(s)
- Submit a Help Desk Ticket with the ‘Completion’ Date you are requesting to be added to individuals having completed the Rooted session at your campus
- You do not need to submit the names of the groups having completed Rooted or inactivated individuals within those groups
- The IT Dept will inactivate the groups AFTER the bulk update is completed.
NOTE: Leaders will continue to get attendance reminders until the IT Dept inactivates the group(s) after doing the bulk update.
‘Incomplete’ Status request
- You do not need to submit the names of the inactivated individuals to be changed to the 'Incomplete' status
- Only inactive individuals in a group without a ‘Completion’ date will be updated to the 'Incomplete' status
