Changing a Person Record to Deceased

  1. Go to the deceased person's record in Rock and submit a Person Data Error.

  2. Include the date of death in the request.

There are several steps to updating and inactivating a record to deceased status.

NEVER change a record to deceased status yourself.

ALWAYS submit a Person Data Error.
