Creating a Known Relationship
This document shows how to create a Known Relationship to a person for check-in. For example: Creating a Known Relationship of "Can Check-in" and "Allow check-in by" between a child and grandparent so the grandparent can check-in the child.
Go to the person's profile page (either person). In this example the Profile Page of the child Wiley Mouse is displayed. See Known Relationships section on the Person Profile Page.
Known Relationships

Known Relationships - Hover the cursor over Known Relationships and the plus sign will appear. Click on the plus sign. |
Add Relationship
Follow the 3 steps below to create the relationship.

Relationship Type - Click on the ^ to display the drop down box below to make selection. |

Person - Click on the ^ to display the drop down search box below to make selection. Enter the name of the person and under Results click on the bullet next to their name. Click on Select at the bottom of the box. |

Save - Click on Save to finish creating the Known Relationship. Wiley Mouse now has Beast Pooh listed under Known Relationships as "Allow check-in by". The Inverse Relationship, Wiley Mouse as "Can check-in", is automatically created on Beast Pooh's record. After saving, you will be back at the screen at the beginning of this document. Repeat the steps to add the grandmother or other known relationships. |
