The Smart Search tool is displayed at the top right of every page. It can search several different data types, but defaults to searching for individuals by name.
Search By Name
You do not need to type a person's full name to search. For instance, when looking for Mickey Mouse several options are:
m mou
mi mo
mouse (NOTE: if you provide only one name, Rock assumes you are searching by Last Name)
After typing in the search details, press Enter. If only one record matches, it will take you directly to the Person's Profile. If multiple records match your search, a list of the possible records displays:
| 1. | Click on the correct name to open the Person's Profile Page. |
| 2. | To help with potential spelling errors, above the search results, Rock will also display links to other possible matches. |
Search By Other Fields
Click the arrow next to Name and select a different field search and enter any portion of the field. For example when searching by phone number:

NOTE: When searching by Address, the 'Street' portion is the only part searched.
