Edit Person's Record

To update a person's personal or contact information. In the following situations, please submit a Person Data Error Request: Marriage, Divorce or Death of a Family Member.

1.	Edit Pencil - Click on the Edit Pencil to open person's edit person page.

1.	Record Status - Indicates an Active / Inactive person at Grace.
2.	Nickname - When a nickname is entered, it will be the primary name displayed throughout. A Name search will check BOTH Nickname and First Name but results display the nickname.
3.	Connection Status - The accuracy of this field is critical within Grace. It indicates their level of involvement and controls the communications they receive. (NOTE: These will be reviewed and updated after implementation. Changes will be announced when finalized.)
4.	Grade/Graduation Year - For Kids and Students, this field controls their ability to check-in on the weekends.

Mobile SMS - To allow text messaging to the person, the SMS box must be checked.

Email Preference - Opts a person in or out of emails.

Email Allowed - receives all Grace emails
No Mass Emails - will NOT receive general marketing emails. Only emails marked for small groups of people
Do Not Email - want to receive NO Grace emails

NOTE: 'Email Status - Is Active?' is NOT related to opting in or out. It is maintained by Mailgun and indicates the validity of the email address.
