At a glance, this page provides a detailed picture of a person's involvement at Grace.

Bio Bar

Details and contact information about the individual.Bio_Bar.png

1. Name and Labels - Labels quickly categorize a person's involvement.
  • Adult or Child?
  • Connection Status: Shows current Grace status:  Covenant Community, Past Covenant Community, Regular Attender, Guest, etc.
  • Campus: Campus the family attends
  • Record Status: Only shown if person is marked Inactive (e.g. they are no longer attending)
2. Demographic Information - Includes Age, Birth Date, Gender, Marital Status.
3. Phone Numbers & Emails - 
  • Phone Numbers:  If SMS is enabled  is displayed.  On a mobile phone, numbers will appear as links with "Click-To-Call" available.
  • Email:  Click to create an individualized email.   indicates no bulk emails can be sent.   indicates opted out of all emails.
4. Actions & Edit Person-  Actions launches selected workflows specific to the individual currently displayed.   allows you to edit a person's record.  Click on the links below for additional details.

 

Badge Bar

Visual icons summarizing a person's activity within Grace.

Hovering over each icon will provide additional details.

Attending Duration - How long has the person been a part of Grace
16-Week Attendance - Total Family Check-In Attendance for last 16 weeks. 
Background Checked - Green indicates a valid background on file; Yellow indicates expiring within 90 days.
Attendance - Attendance over last 24 months. Each bar represents one month.  Adults display the Family Attendance. Children display their Individual Attendance
Rooted - Green if completed Rooted Group; Yellow if currently in a group.
Community - Orange if a current member of an Adult Life Group or Kids Small Group.
Service - Purple if currently serving.
Baptism - Blue when the person has been baptized.
Covenant Community - Black when a current Covenant Community member.

 

Family Bar

Lists the people in the person's family(ies) and the household address.Family_Bar.png

Family Members - Click on any family member to see their Person Profile Page.

NOTE:  A person can be member in multiple families.  Separate family bars are listed and neither family is considered primary.

Home Address - hover to the right of and click on  to verify & standardize the address.

Edit Family -  allows you to edit the family details.  For more information go to Edit Family Details

Bookmarked Attributes - Because you only work with certain attributes majority of the time, you can choose a list of person attributes to display in this box. To select which person attributes you want bookmarked, click on . To adjust the display order of the attributes, click on  and drag the attributes into the desired order.

Clicking on mceclip12.png allows you to edit the field value.

Connection Requests - Will roll-out at a future date.

Known Relationships - Track the connection between two people. Click  to add a new relationship.  Select the relationship type.  Select the person.  The inverse relationship will automatically be created on the other person's record.  For additional details: Creating a Known Relationship
