Below are instructions for Mac users that have been granted access to another Grace Church e-mail address. The below instructions are how to use Outlook for Mac OS to add the other e-mail inbox.
1. With Outlook open, at the top bar menu, click File --> Open --> Other User's Folder
2. Search the staff / e-mail inbox name that you are wanting to add. Their inbox should come up. Click to highlight their inbox, then click to Open.
3. After about 30 seconds at most, the e-mail inbox should now be an option on the left hand side of Outlook. (You may need to click the arrow next to their name to expand the inbox)
